  • Is our CDP capable enough to deploy our data strategy and support our new-age tech?

  • Have we defined governance and guardrails to ensure security of customer data?

  • Have we defined governance and guardrails to ensure sanctity of our brand?

  • Are our internal teams and the external partner ecosystem skill-ready to adapt to demands of latest tech deployment?

These are some of the questions organizations need to ask when they plan to invest in AI.

A lot of AI pilots are failing not because AI lacks capability but because AI implementation is happening without much thought. All in all, a structured approach to AI implementation is way better than a mindless approach.
